We have several economical options to choose from to evaluate your potential energy losses.  Whether you are a homeowner or business owner, we can work with you by providing you with something as simple as a walk through consultation or do a full home or business energy assessment.  We use several sophisticated tools such as a blower door, duct blaster, thermal imaging camera, energy metering and/or software programs to analyze your energy losses.  We use the information we collect to make improvement recommendations to reduce energy consumption. 

In addition to our home and business services we can also provide builders with a HERS rating which will qualify them for the Energy Star program .  This will make the builder and their customer eligible for tax credits. Building an Energy Star home also qualifies the customer for Energy Efficiency Mortgages, which also increases the customer's borrowing power by adding energy savings into the mortgage payment.  Some utility providers provide up to 5% discount on utility bills for energy star qualified homes.
